2008-2009 BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM Thank you for your interest in the Carteret Board of Education’s Before/After School Program.
The hours of operation for the program are: Before School begins at 7:00 a.m. After School ends at 6:00 p.m.
The Payments Schedule is as follows:
There are no “DAILY DROP INs” allowed.
Tuition will not be prorated for partial months. Tuition will not be refunded for any reason once the month begins.
On days when there is a ½ day, the After School Program will begin immediately at dismissal. There are no additional fees for ½ days.
Tuition is calculated on 180 days of school, and will not be prorated for months with less days of school.
Tuition - MUST BE PAID BY THE 15th OF THE PRECEDING MONTH OR THE CHILD WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROGRAM AS OF THE 1ST OF THE MONTH. (i.e. – September tuition is due August 15th, October tuition is due September 15th, etc.)
Catholic Charities/Programs For Parents Co-Payments MUST BE PAID BY THE 15th OF THE PRECEDING MONTH OR THE CHILD WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PROGRAM AS OF THE 1ST OF THE MONTH (i.e. – September tuition is due August 15th, October tuition is due September 15th, etc.)
Children picked up late will be charged $1.00/minute
Children picked up late will be excluded from the program after the 3rd late.
Children disruptive and uncooperative from the program will be excluded.
