I have been a science teacher at the Carteret Middle School for 11 years.  I received my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.  I decided to become a teacher because I am passionate about my students and their acheivements.  I believe that all students have the power to achieve their dreams with the right guidance.

I was raised in South River, New Jersey in a tight knit Portuguese community.  Families are everything and I am proud to be a part of the Carteret community.

I am always available to answer any questions or concerns, as I am dedicated to all of my students.
