Sweety Patel was appointed Director of School Counseling Services in July of 2019. Mrs. Patel works with the School Counselors, Student Assistance Counselor and Nurses in the district to enhance support services. Mrs. Patel is also the McKinney-Vento District Homeless Liaison. Mrs. Patel worked as a School Counselor for the Jersey City Public Schools for thirteen years. Mrs. Patel graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and International Studies from Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, OH, and a M.S. in School Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
