Mrs. Carlock

Hello everyone! I'm Mrs. Carlock and I have been teaching in Carteret since February 2019. I started my journey at Minue School as a 5th grade math teacher. I then spent 3 years as a 4th grade teacher. When CJHS was built I was transferred to CMS as a 5th grade math teacher and this will be my 3rd school year at CMS.

Weekly Grading Scale

i-Ready Math

Students must pass 2 path lessons and complete 45 minutes each week. This must be completed by 3pm on Fridays each week.

Homework

Students get 1 worksheet of homework Monday through Thursday that goes with the daily lesson and shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes a day to complete. There are some odd days where no homework will be assigned. Everyone starts the marking period with 100% as their grade. If homework isn’t complete or late points will be deducted. I will only accept homework 1 day late, longer than that it’s marked as incomplete.
