Welcome to my Teacher Page. 

My name is Joan Leschek and I have been an educator at Carteret Middle School for the past 26 wonderful years. I received my Bachelor's degree from Kean University, graduating summa cum laude. 

I love spending time with my family, gardening, traveling - especially to the Carribean islands, reading books, and most of all, teaching students to love reading.

I look forward to seeing you on September 4th.
