Welcome, Third Grade Learners!
We are so happy to have you! In our class, we do lots of fun and exciting things while we learn and grow. We hold Morning Meetings, where we share different thoughts and feelings and really get to know one another. We dive into a love of Reading through Reader's Workshop, where we learn to build up our reading stamina, think about what we are reading, and choose books that are "just right" for us. As Third Grade Mathematicians, we learn our multiplication facts and find out that there are MANY different ways to solve math problems. In Science and Social Studies, we do many cool and exciting projects and experiments throughout the year that help us learn new things.
