Hello! My name is Mrs. Erica Jordan and I teach at Minue School.

I grew up in Carteret and attended Lincoln School (now Carteret Middle School) and Carteret High School.

I received a BFA in Painting from Beaver College (now Arcadia University) and received teaching certificates in Art Education, Teacher of Students with Disabilities and Elementary Education from Kean University. I have been teaching in the Carteret school district since 1998.

My teaching experiences range from working with students in a school for children with Autism, Elementary Art, Teaching Resource Skills, In Class Support, and Self-Contained at the Middle School Level, In Class Support and Self-Contained MD Classes at the elementary level, and teaching Preschool Disabled students. I have received training in ABA and Tools of the Mind as well as various other teaching techniques.
