Manager of Buildings & Grounds

Chris Androvich has worked for the Carteret Public Schools for 27 years.  Chris began his career as a custodian and then transitioned into the Maintenance Department.  He was promoted to District Foreman/Maintenance in 2014.  Chris studied at Rutgers University and completed his Certified Educational Facility Manager courses of study.  In 2017 Chris received his New Jersey Department of Education, Office of School Facilities, Certified Educational Facility Manager License.  Chris was promoted to his current position of Manager, Buildings & Grounds in 2018.
