Welcome! I am a third grade teacher here at Columbus School. I love to read, workout, play football, and coach. My favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys. Our classroom theme is full of wonder and imagination, inspired by fictional characters like Ash Ketchum and Pikachu. 

In third grade, students will independently read daily. Students will also learn new skills with partners (buddy reading). Our theme will vary from non-fiction to fiction. Students will also learn how to build stamina by writing personal narratives and expository texts.

Students will learn the foundation of multiplication and division. By the end of the school year, students will know multiplication and the foundation of finding area.
