Welcome! I am the Transition Coordinator under Special and Related Services and run several of our programs such as Community Based Instruction, our school-to-work program, I'm Possible, and serve on the town's Office of the Disabled committee. I assist students with career guidance, post-secondary programs, community involvement, and employment. Please check out all of the Transition Resources available under the Transition Resources tab.
