    PALS2PALS Leadership & Mentoring Initiative (a special group under the umbrella of PALS) aims to provide the mentors and mentees with a monthly joint activity. Mentors are selected after a detailed application process, and provided leadership training. PALS2PALS mentors work with middle school students on a regular bases as roles models and mentors in community service.
